Healthy Processes, Healthy Results

Not many of us get pumped up about processes, policies, and procedures.  Yet, most of us do care deeply about outcomes and results.  The truth is that the two are usually connected—even in the life of a church! See You at the Concert?

As of this writing, only about 100 tickets remain for our “Big Church Night Out” concert with headliner David Crowder on Thursday night, October 4, in our Worship Center. You may purchase tickets at www.ingleside.org.  Just click the “BCNO” banner and it will get you where you need to go. The doors will open at 6:00 p.m.  The concert begins at 7:00 p.m.  All seating is General Admission, so come early to get the seat you want. I hope to see you for the “Big Church Night Out”...

Do you know how many of us come to this world knowing how to pray?  The short answer is:  none! That’s right, all of us need to be taught.  All of us need to learn to pray in a way that pleases God. As I left the meetings, my heart was deeply grateful for the quality and strength of the leadership God has given our church across the years. Join Me at the Concert?

On Sunday night, October 1, at 6:30 p.m. we will be privileged to host Keith and Kristin Getty in concert, live at Ingleside. Don’t know the Gettys?  Well, I’ll bet you know at least one of their songs.  Keith is co-writer of “In Christ Alone.” And though it was composed only in 2001, “In Christ Alone” is now fast-becoming a classic.  It’s sung regularly in churches all across the stylistic spectrum and is consistently in the Christian Copyright Licensing...
