Christmas . . . what a great time of year . . . to celebrate the birth of Jesus, to offer our worship to God, to commit to God’s purposes for our lives, and to invite a friend to join you at Ingleside!
This weekend we are planning four musical celebrations of the birth of Christ entitled We Believe! Each presentation is identical, and a ticket is not required. So, pick the one that fits your schedule best. The service times are as follows:
- Friday, December 13, 7:00 p.m.
- Saturday, December 14, 7:00 p.m.
- Sunday, December 15, 10:30 a.m.
- Sunday, December 15, 6:00 p.m.
Christmas cookies, hot wassail, and great fellowship will follow each of the evening presentations in the Gathering Area. On Sunday morning, food and fellowship will begin at 9:30 a.m. in the Gathering Area.
“Whoever believes in the Son,” the Bible says, “has eternal life” (John 3:36, ESV). Please join us at Ingleside this Christmas for a joy-filled, faith-inspiring, life-giving celebration of the birth of Jesus Christ called, “We Believe.”
Is Your Heart Hurting This Christmas?
We are aware that though the holiday season can be filled with great joy and blessing, for those who have lost loved ones this season of the year can be especially difficult and painful.
So, on Sunday afternoon, December 22, at 4:00 p.m. in our Chapel, we have planned a “Christmas Remembrance and Celebration” service. This gathering is designed to offer comfort, encouragement, and hope to those who are grieving during the holidays. I am confident that if you will make your way to this service, you will sense the nearness of God’s presence and his power to bring healing to your hurting heart.
Christmas Eve Services
The tradition of worshiping at Ingleside on Christmas Eve is growing! So, again this year, we are planning three services—two “family” services and one “candlelight communion” service.
3:30 – 4:15 p.m. Family Service with live nativity
5:00 – 5:45 p.m. Family Service with live nativity
7:00 – 8:00 p.m. Candlelight Communion Service
All three services will have great music, an encouraging message, and worship by candle light. Bring your family and friends and worship at Ingleside on Christmas Eve!
