A Multi-Generational Church with a Next-Generation Orientation

Next-Gen Events

Ingleside is a multi-generational church with a next-generation orientation. As a multi-generational church, there is a place for everyone in every season of life. Every generation is valued!

As a church with a next-generation orientation, we intentionally, unapologetically lean toward the next generation. We want to “tell to the coming generation the glorious deeds of the Lord, and his might, and the wonders that he has done…so that they should set their hope in God and not forget the works of God, but keep his commandments.” (Psalm 78:4, 7, ESV).

I am thankful for all the ongoing ministry to children, students, and their families that occurs every week. And I am thankful for all of you who serve to make that possible, and for the leadership of our Next-Generation Team. This month, we have two next-gen events that I want you to be aware of.

AWAKE

This weekend, around 400 students and leaders are headed to Ocoee, Tennessee, for Awake, our annual student winter retreat. They will spend time in worship, small groups, recreation, and late night activities. Please join me in praying for this group, asking the Lord to work in powerful ways in their lives.

AMPED

Next weekend, January 23-24, is AMPED, our on-campus retreat for 3rd-5th graders. AMPED is a fun, high-energy weekend, filled with biblical teaching in large groups and small groups, and lots of fun games. Register here.

Senior Adult Ministry

I am also thankful for a thriving Senior Adult Ministry. Did you know that we have a Senior Adult Dinner every month, filled with fellowship, encouragement, and entertainment? The next dinner is Tuesday, January 27.

We also have Bible studies, game days, fitness classes, and trips for senior adults. You can find more details and registrations here.

I am thankful to be part of a church that values every generation and season of life and is intentionally positioned to have a gospel impact for generations to come!

With the affection of Christ,
