Please complete this form before January 19, 2024.  Enrollment opens to the community on January 21. Space cannot be guaranteed if your form is not received by this deadline. Preference is given based on when the form is received so there is a benefit to turning it in as soon as possible.

PLEASE NOTE: If you did not participate in the summer program last year you will need to register as a new summer student through the Mother’s Morning Out page beginning January 15. That can be found at ingleside.org/mmo.

Once we receive your re-enrollment form, we will send you an invoice for the registration fee(s). For Weekday Preschool, this is equal to one month’s tuition as listed above. Summer MMO registration fees are as listed above. This email will come through Procare. The registration fee is non-refundable. PLEASE NOTE: Once enrollment begins for the community, if the registration fee has not been paid, your spot will not be held.
