What is NEXT?
The Lord calls us to be the kind of church that makes disciples for generation after generation; to be forward-looking and thinking about the gospel impact we will have for decades to come.
Ingleside has a history of being that kind of church. Many people have given, sacrificed, and invested in order for us to be where we are today. We praise the Lord for that – for every life that has been changed.
And we are confident the Lord is not done with us yet. We are still on mission. There are more disciples to be made. There is more ministry to be done.
So what’s NEXT for us? We believe God is calling us to reach the NEXT person. The NEXT family. The NEXT generation…
So that they should set their hope in God (Psalm 78:7, ESV).
Primary Goal:
100% Participation
Every member is on mission. We all have a part to play as we make disciples of Jesus Christ. We want to see people know, love, and follow Jesus and have a gospel impact here, there, and everywhere. One of the ways we get to be part of what God is doing in the world is by giving generously and joyfully to fund the mission. During our NEXT campaign, we are praying for all-in engagement from 100% of people who call Ingleside home.
We give because God has given himself for us. We give because all that we have is his, and we are the stewards. We give to invest in eternity and to fund the church’s God-given mission. If every one of us will seek the Lord and say yes to him, we can be confident that he will give us all the resources we need to do all that he has called us to do.
Secondary Goal:
$20 Million
New Look. Many of our spaces will have a more modern look that will be appealing to the next generation stepping onto our campus for the first time. While our facilities are in good condition thanks to good stewardship over the years, some areas are in need of an update.
New People. A new entrance will serve as a “hub” for families, making it easier for new families to navigate our building. This will help us be as welcoming as possible so that new people might be more likely to return and become part of our church family. We will also increase our space for middle school students, allowing us to reach more students and their families.
New Opportunities. The new family “hub” will provide additional opportunities for parents and children to connect on our campus. The new Fellowship Hall will increase the possibilities for events we host by significantly increasing capacity. Updated audio, video, and lighting systems in our Chapel, along with a fresh look, will make the Chapel more usable. New seating for our Café and an updated Gathering Area will help us make new connections with more people.
New Missions Partnerships. 1% of everything given to the NEXT campaign will be used to provide buildings for churches in under-resourced parts of the world. Working with Trailhead International, we hope to provide buildings for 5-7 churches.

Giving Journey
This will be a season of sacrificial giving. Your commitment is what you are willing to give over the next three years (2027, 2028, and 2029). This will be in addition to your regular giving, which we still need in order to provide the amazing ministry that is already taking place.
In addition to cash gifts, keep in mind that you can give assets such as stocks, real estate, collections, and paid-up insurance policies. If you need any help with that, let us know!
We invite you to join us for either our Advance Commitment Night on Monday, October 26, at 6:30 p.m., or Commitment Sunday on November 15, during our 8:30, 9:40, or 11:00 a.m. worship services, as we come together as a church family to make our commitments. We ask all who call Ingleside home to prayerfully consider how the Lord may be leading them to participate in this season of faith and generosity.
In fact, we’re offering several workshops in October to help us learn about budgeting, setting financial priorities, and planned giving.
